Product Sourcing

As an experienced team of product developers and supply chain managers, we have audited and worked with factories across the globe, including Sri Lanka, China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, India, Europe and the UK.  We specify & review independent reports from 3rd parties such as SEDEX, WRAP & BSCI and know what both minimum performance and best practice look like - ensuring these standards are maintained throughout each contract life.

ProductionManagement

The team has 120 years combined in-factory audit, assessment and quality control experience. We develop project trackers, establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and monitor production from development stage onwards.  

Quality + Compliance

Quality and consistency can only be achieved and controlled by establishing robust sample approval processes.  We implement our proven 3 stage process across all product categories ensuring quality is maintained through on-going production. 

User Insight

User insight & wearer engagement ensures that products continue to offer comfort, durability and protection in challenging environments.  We also work with a specialist menopause consultant to ensure diversity & inclusion issues are addressed. 

Tender Services

Having worked extensively on the supplier side of the tender process, we understand how to deep-dive into the detail of responses and how to ask the right questions.  We therefore support during the conception of the tender for product and service specific questions, including creating marking matrixes to ensure the technical assessment process within the tender is transparent, fair and will ultimately deliver the product needed.

On-Going Support

The elements of on-going support are wide-ranging and include liaising with suppliers for technical questions or issues, ensuring on-going compliance of product quality, and factory assessments.  This could be for new projects, or collaborating with your teams to increase resource needed to get a project over the line.
